The problem:

The middle sized or large enterprises today use the ICT standard to install the PBX hardware, in order to have an easy connection to the LAN/WAN environment. With large PBX configurations the MOH is generally coming from a built-in player. In many cases only accessible with complicated software. Additionally the audio playback is of poor quality because of the strongly compressed WAV files.

The solution:

The VGP30-R is a “1U” 19 inch rack mountable MOH system which can be located between the PBX and the switch.

blokje_roodblokje_witSupplied, ready-to-play with an SD flash memory card of 1GB, pre-recorded with 3 MOH tracks with Royalty Free Music, mixed with welcoming messages in the national language(s). The VGP30-R is also compatible with SDHC cards, able to store much larger files (today available up to 64GB for up to several weeks of uninterrupted audio).

blokje_roodblokje_witThe VGP30-R reads “wav” and “mp3” files in CD audio quality. Wav files up to 22.040 KHz sampling rate 16Bit Mono, Mp3 files up to max. 320Kbps.

blokje_roodblokje_witDefault protection 600 Ohm against DC riding on audio signal - Solid State technology, absolutely no moving parts.

blokje_roodblokje_wit Music and messages can be mixed with the user-friendly PineWoodStudio software program to create a professionally sounding MOH.
