The solution:

The VGP70 comes with a 256Mb Flash card, pre-loaded with 3 tracks of Royalty Free music mixed with welcoming messages in your local languages. Good to get anybody started: Plug & play. Flash cards can be swapped, carrying an upgraded recording, practical for multi-branch offices/shops.

With little or no money it can play your digital (JPEG) pictures from your digital camera playing a music slide show or even a video on a TV/video monitor. The Music on-hold from the flash card audio is played on your PBX, while the pictures are shown on a screen in the lobby or a display window. Video is another available playback mode. Shoot your own success story on video or have it made by a pro and play it for your visitors.

The optional software of the VGP70 will make it an on-hold marketing tool:
Mixing the music with messages with the PineWoodStudio software is a user friendly program. It comes with 11 Royalty Free tracks and pre-recorded messages in 7 languages.
Giving the callers useful information while they are waiting, will work positive results and bringing them a step further to become clients.

Recording studios can provide you the professional voice-overs but they come with a price.
